The determination of Planning Applications at Fylde Borough Council is the responsibility of the Development Control Team within the Built Environments Unit, based at the St. Annes. For the purposes of dealing with planning applications, the borough is split into 2 areas. Please refer to the details below for which area team is appropriate, or click on the relevant links on the left hand menu to find out more about Development Control and Planning. The Development Control Team is committed to providing a quality service to all customers. The customer charters on the right hand side of this page outline clearly the level of service we will deliver. Applications can now be submitted online via the Planning Portal. Please use the link to the right to directly access Fylde’s area within the Planning Portal.
