Fylde in Focus is brought to you by the Fylde Local Strategic Partnership (LSP), a collection of public, private and voluntary sector organisations from across Fylde who have pledged to work together to improve the quality of services delivered to the Fylde community.
The LSP has decided that more needs to be done to inform local people about services, facilities, events and activities in Fylde. It was felt that one way to achieve this would be to introduce a newspaper specifically for people in Fylde that could be used as a platform for all member agencies of the Local Strategic Partnership.
The cost of Fylde in Focus is shared between the many local organisations that make up the LSP, many of which have redirected funds that are normally spent on getting statutory information out to residents. Fylde in Focus costs approximately 19 pence per copy to produce. The publication is now produced on recycled paper.
The LSP is always keen to hear what you think about Fylde in Focus. We need to know what you think is good about the newspaper, and what you feel could be improved. We want to know what is important to you and your suggestions for future features.
