Fylde Matters has evolved
Fylde Matters Issue Five is now available.
Thanks to a very kind offer from the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP), of which Fylde Borough Council is a part, Fylde Matters will now be printed and delivered as a separate part of ‘Fylde in Focus’ the newsletter of the LSP. This has allowed the council to keep all of its residents informed (the publication is delivered to every household in the Borough) at a vastly reduced cost than if we had a separate newsletter of our own.
We will be producing four editions of Fylde Matters, two will accompany Fylde in Focus and two more will remain as an e-newsletter that you can download from the website produced in roughly September and March.
It has been launched in response to what residents have told us, through consultation activity, about wanting to be better informed about us and the services we provide for you.
In common with most other local authorities, the council wishes to have its own method of communicating directly with residents. Fylde Matters will only contain information about the work of Fylde Borough Council. And no, we won’t be sugar coating it.
So that we can keep costs to council tax payers at a minimum, this publication will be posted on our website and anyone can subscribe to an e mail alert letting them know when we have published a copy of the newsletter. Past issues can be downloaded following the links to the right!
