Chief Executive and Directors
Information about the structure of the council and which functions are performed by each directorate.
A new Council structure was put in place in January 2011 with the appointment of three Directors reporting to the Chief Executive.
The three directorates have responsibility for delivering the various services that the Council is responsible for, the directorates are:

The three directorates each house services that are compatible or deal with similar functions.
The Directors at Fylde are employed on a pay scale band from £58,000 to £62,000 per annum. There are no other employees paid in excess of £58,000 per annum at the Council, details of the Chief Executive's remuneration package can be found using the web link on the right of this page.
