County Council Elections

The next Lancashire County Council Elections are to be held on Thursday 4 May 2017.

The Notice of Election can found under the related download section on the right hand side of the page.

Nomination Packs will be available to collect from the Town Hall in St Annes from 13 March.

To request a Nomination Pack via post, please email us at with your name and address. We will then arrange for a pack to be sent to you when they become available.

Appointments for informal checking will be available from 27 March until 4 April between 10am and 4pm. Please contact the Elections Office to make an appointment. The deadline for the submission of nominations is 4pm on 4 April.

Postal and Proxy Voting
If you are unable to attend your Polling Station to vote on 4 May, or would prefer an alternative method of voting, you can apply for a postal or proxy vote.

The deadline for applications to vote by post is 5pm 18 April.
The deadline for applications to vote by proxy is 5pm 25 April.
