Opening hours

We currently deal with 9 out of 10 face to face enquiries at the first point of contact for customers who ‘drop in’ to The Town Hall. For Council Tax and Benefits enquiries and license renewals, please help us reduce waiting times and large gatherings by making an appointment to see a Customer Service Specialist on our Bookings Page.

Please wear a face mask during your visit and sanitize your hands on arrival. Please do not visit the Town Hall if you have any symptoms of Covid-19.
