The Environment Agency has issued new guidance to the general public, in the form of three leaflets, offerings advice on what can be done before, during and after a flooding incident. Copies of the guides are available by selecting the relevant link on the Downloads section of this page. The Agency is also preparing audio versions of the guides that are expected to be available by November of this year.
