A specialist team within the Community Services Directorate provides the environmental protection functions of the Council. The services provided aim to eliminate unsatisfactory conditions that affect general public health.
- Public health nuisances - Including responding to complaints about accumulation's of rubbish, defective & blocked drains, dog and pest control issues
- Water sampling - Including swimming pool and bathing water quality checks
