The Time Exchange enables members to share their time and skills with other members of the Time Exchange. For example members can spend an hour helping somebody in their garden, teaching them I.T. Skills or teaching them how to play an instrument helping them prepare for a dinner party, or just having a cup of tea with a member that might otherwise have spent the day alone.
In fact you can spend an hour doing just about anything, and in return you can ask for a member to come and help you out for an hour.
The Time Exchange is based on a very simple principal: 1 hour helping somebody = 1 time credit for you. There is no money involved; the currency involved is time!
