All FAQ's are categorised into topics such as  "Housing Benefit" or "Business Rates". For simple navigation use the A-Z of topics to find what you are looking for. Alternatively you can search the FAQ's by typing in a keyword referring to your question and click the search button.

There are different ways to find the information you need quickly and easily. You can find an FAQ either by:

  • Service - if you know the Council service which your query falls under, please click the service link opposite
  • Issue - on the right hand side of the page is an A-Z listing - just choose the letter your question is about e.g. d for dogs etc.
  • Search - or you can use the search faq's facility - just type what your looking for in the search box and click go.
  • Most popular - our most popular FAQ's are also listed opposite and can offer a quick way to get the information you need.
