The provision of any entertainment or entertainment facilities are exempt if:

  • They are for the purpose of, or for purposes incidental to, a religious meeting or service or at a place of public religious worship.

Are there any other exemptions?

Yes:

  • Moving vehicles on the public Highway
  • Live television / radio broadcasts
  • Spontaneous music and singing
