How do I make a complaint about a taxi driver?

You can complain either by written letter or by phone to the Taxi Licensing Officers, at the above address, or by telephone 01253 658658. It would also be of great benefit to the taxi licensing officer if you could provide any of the following details: the date and time of the incident, vehicle registration number, vehicle plate number or the drivers badge number.
