Lost or damaged bus passes (Now Cards)

Please ring ring the NoWcard helpline on 0845 058 1096.

Please note If the Nowcard has been lost there is a charge of £10 for a replacement.

If its been stolen there isnt a charge but you will need to provide a crime reference number.
