Are there any qualification requirements for personal licences?

Yes, there will be a requirement for new personal licence holders to take a qualification approved by the Secretary of State. This will not apply to licences issued i.e. the holders of current Justices Licences. These will be granted personal licences without the need to obtain a further qualification
