At what times of the day do I qualify for FREE travel with my pass?
You can use your Concessionary Travel Pass (NoWcard) for free travel on buses and trams after 9.30am on weekdays.
Your pass will not provide free travel before 9.30am so you would have to pay the full fare on any journeys before 9.30am. This is because the majority of public transport users at this time of the day are commuting to school or work and the services are very busy.
What about weekends and Bank Holidays? You can use your pass any time of the day at weekends and on Bank Holidays.
