Why can't I hear the webcast?

The speaker in the meeting may have forgotten to switch on their microphone. It is worth checking other speakers on the webcast to see if you can hear them before checking your own set up.

There are a number of things you can check:

  • Do you have a sound card?
  • Have you connected your sound card to your speakers? Have you switched the speakers on?
  • Have you turned the volume on your computer on? Is it at an audible volume?
