RLAAS in association with the Fylde Coast Landlords Forum and with the recognition and support of Fylde, Blackpool, and Wyre Councils are working together to provide an Accreditation Scheme for the benefit of landlords and tenants of the area.
The scheme will be operated by RLAAS the Accreditation Scheme of the Residential Landlords Association, the fastest growing landlord association, which supports and represents landlords
Landlords - FCLAS will provide you with recognition that your homes are of a good standard and that you are providing a professional service
Tenants - Choosing a FCLAS landlord will provide you with some assurance that your landlord is committed to providing good management and property standards
