The YMCA with the support of Rural Splash, the local council and community secured the future of Kirkham swimming pool in late 2008.
The Fylde Coast YMCA operate and manage Kirkham Pool.

The YMCA to operate St Annes Pool and Gym on a contract/lease basis with ongoing financial support from the Borough Council.
