Cycling Team
My name is Ian Brookes and I have started work as Fylde Council’s Cycling Development Officer. I am really eager to develop cycling in the Fylde area as it’s great for cyclists with its flat terrain so it is good for children, adults and even good for commuting and shopping. My remit covers just about every cyclist and all disciplines from someone learning to ride to the more experienced riders. A number of local school cycle clubs will hopefully be emerging soon and we have already helped Freckle ton Chain Gang to affiliate to British Cycling.
