Fylde Borough Council has a number of sports facilities that are available for public use.
Fairhaven Lake Situated on the sea front. Facilities include seven grass tennis courts, seven hard tennis courts, 3 crown bowling greens, and a variety of boats. For more information contact the booking office. 01253 735 440
Lowther Gardens Situated a short walk from the main shopping area in Lytham, this park provides facilities which include two crown green bowling greens, three hard surface tennis courts, a twelve-hole putting green and a twelve hole crazy golf course. Tickets are available from the box office at Lowther Pavilion Theatre and facilities are open between 10am and 8pm daily (last tickets available at 7pm). All facilities are seasonal and open from Easter through to mid October.
Promenade Gardens Situated right on the sea front next to 'The Island' leisure complex, the council runs an 18 hole Mini Golf course, Crazy Golf course and an 18 hole putting green. These are open from 10am - 6pm every day from Easter through to mid October.
Football Pitches
Park View Playing Fields Located in Lytham just off Park View Road. The site had three football pitches (one Adult, two Junior and one U10's pitch).
Blackpool Road North playing field Facilities include four football pitches comprising three senior and one junior pitch. There are purpose built facilities which include two dressing rooms with two separate changing areas in one section and four separate changing areas in another section both having toilets, wash basins and individual hot showers. The referees have a separate dressing room with shower.
William Segar Hodgson Playing Fields These football pitches are situated at Kirkham and include three football pitches (two junior and one senior) and a pavilion which includes dressing rooms, communal showers and toilets.
