Meetings of the committee are usually held on Wednesdays at 10am in the Reception Room, Town Hall, St. Annes. Members of the public are always welcome at the committee.
If you have made a planning application that the committee is considering, or if you wish to speak in support of or against a planning application, you will be given the opportunity to do so at the committee meeting.
If you are the applicant, or if you live close to the application site, you will usually be given details of how to register to speak in writing.
