Application forms and fees for the submission of Building Regulation's are listed to the right.
Please note a new scheme of charges comes into force on 1st October 2010.
When submitting a Building Regulation application you will normally have to pay a charge for this service.
Guidance notes are attached to each application form, out lining the plans and particulars required for each type of application but in general, one copy of the form should be completed and submitted with block plans to a scale of not less than 1:1250. Plans for the submission of Building Regulation's, should be drawn to an appropriate metric scale.
When you have completed the relevant form please return this together with relevant plans and charge to:
