Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC) are owned and operated by Lancashire County Council.
Opening Hours
- 8am - 7pm 1st March until 31st October
- 9am - 6pm 1st November until 28/29th February
- Closing only on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

- No Commercial Waste
- The site operates an Access Policy and Permit Scheme which restricts use of the sites by certain large vehicles, including vans and trailers.
- You must apply for a permit if you wish to visit the site with these types of vehicles.
