Homelessness and Housing Advice
Fylde Borough Council is committed to providing high quality housing services. We want to provide the appropriate number of the right kind of high quality new homes. We want to raise the quality of the overall housing offer to support growth in the Fylde Coast economy and we want to help people access the accommodation and support they need to lead stable and prosperous lives.
Fylde Borough Council offers a range of housing services including:
- Advice and assistance to carry out disabled adapations
- Advice and enforcement action in relation to housing standards and conditions in the private sector
- A homelessness and housing advice service
- Advice on affordable housing
To note the Council no longer has any housing stock, this was transferred to New Fylde Housing in 2000. To find out about housing in Fylde click on ‘housing association property’ to the right, at the top of the page.
The Housing Section is currently completing a Rural housing needs survey. The closing date for all completed surveys has been extended to 29th March 2013.
