Penalties issued in a Car Park (after 6th September)
Fylde Borough Council, as the Off-Street Enforcement Authority is responsible for the enforcement of the car parks.
The Off-Street Civil Enforcement Officers (CEO) will be employed by Legion Group and Chipside Lancashire will accept payments, deal with initial challenges and process the penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued after 6th September 2009. Both companies will act under instructions issued by Fylde Borough Council.
Chipside Lancashire is a partnership which includes Fylde BC and 7 other district councils in Lancashire and Chipside who will provide the notice processing service.
