Horse Box Permits
You can bring a horse box onto this car park, however you must have a permit for this. The cost of the permit is £15 per annum and covers North Beach and Fairhaven Road car parks. In addition to the permit you must pay for parking each time you use the car park. You must have 3rd party liabilty insurance in order to apply.

North Beach Residents Permit
- Only householders who pay their primary council tax to Fylde Borough Council are entitled to apply for a North Beach car park Residents Parking Permit
- The vehicle(s) for which the application is being made must be registered at the same address for which council tax is paid.
- Applicants much therefore provide:
o Proof of Address
o The vehicle registration documents or a valid motor insurance certificate. If the vehicle is a company vehicle registered at the company address a letter on company headed paper is required that states that you are the sole user of that vehicle.
- A household may have more than one permit, however, each permit will need to be paid for.
- The permit is non transferable, and is only for use In the vehicle registration that is shown on the permit.
- Vehicles are permitted to park once per day between 9.00am and 6.00pm free of charge for a maximum of 2 hours. If you wish to park for more than 2 hours in this car park during the hours that charges are in force then a valid pay & display ticket must be purchased and displayed in the vehicle. Failure to do so may result in the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice.
